• Data Analyst – 2292318Requisition Number: 2292318Job Category: Business & Data AnalyticsPrimary Location: Eden Prairie, MN, US (Remote considered)ShareData Analyst – 2292318EMPLOYER: Optum Services, IncJOB TITLE: Data AnalystLOCATION: 1 Optum Circle Eden Prairie, MN 55344DUTIES: Develop innovative analytic solutions, create actionable insights, and drive better decisions and performance to help the business achieve its business objectives; Manage and manipulate structured data, with a focus on building business intelligence tools, conducting analysis to distinguish patterns and recognize trends while assuring data quality; Create specifications to bring data into a common structure; Develop data solutions to support analyses, perform analysis, interpreting results, develop actionable insights and present recommendations for use across the company; Partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop tools, models, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids, and business case analysis to support the organization; Produce and manage the delivery of activity and value analytics to external stakeholders and clients; Use business intelligence, data visualization, query, analytic and statistical software to build solutions, perform analysis and interpret data; Develop ETL, workflows, and automated reporting solutions as needed by the business; and Support operational analytics, machine learning and process improvement data deep dive while identifying new opportunities for increases in efficiencies and performance.
