The primary purpose of the Transportation Specialist is to provide guests with an excellent transportation experience, ensuring that guests are greeted and transported to and from requested destinations. The Transportation Specialist will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments: Drive property-designated vehicles to and from guest destinations including, but not limited to, local airports, restaurants, theaters, sporting events, convention centers, etc.; Assist guests with luggage; Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner; Respond to guest inquiries and requests; Resolve guest concerns (escalate as appropriate); Ensure proper disinfecting/sanitization/cleaning of shuttles, front drive, and lobby; Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management; and Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position. Qualifications include prior customer service experience, preferred hospitality industry experience, high school diploma or equivalent, valid state driver’s license, ability to lift 50lbs occasionally and 10lbs regularly, and flexibility to work various shifts including days, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
