About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team. You will support a cross-functional team that drives growth through channels such as paid media, paid search, email, social, SEO, and ASO. Your insights and analysis will optimize subscriber acquisition, conversion, customer expansion, and retention, shaping our marketing strategies and performance measurement. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, experimentation, digital marketing, outcomes-oriented, curious, and collaborative. You will report to the Director of Marketing Analytics.

Responsibilities

1. Analyze digital marketing campaigns across channels to assess performance and identify optimization opportunities.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key metrics and KPIs.
3. Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize creatives, landing pages, emails, keywords, and CTAs.
4. Collaborate with agency partners to refine audience segmentation and media targeting strategies.
5. Identify opportunities to improve ROI and ROAS of marketing spend.
6. Work with Product and Engineering teams to implement tracking and attribution mechanisms and optimize ecommerce UX.
7. Map customer journeys and analyze user behavior to improve acquisition, adoption, and retention.

Travel up to 10% of the time.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a marketing analyst, preferably in growth or performance marketing.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools.
• Experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and reporting tools like SQL, Tableau, Looker.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively.
• Excellent time, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
