Our client, a leading provider in industrial coatings, is seeking a Painter/Powder Coater to join their team. As a Painter/Powder Coater, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting high-quality coating applications. The ideal candidate will have a quality mindset, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Painter/Powder Coater

Location: Kansas City, MO

Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Application of fluoropolymer coatings and other types of liquid and powder coatings.
• Masking parts for coating as required by clients.
• Quality testing using coating thickness gauges and ensuring surface preparations meet standards.
• Occasional support in production as a Blaster using various media.
• Shipping, receiving, and packing parts as necessary.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in liquid painting.
• Ability to read and follow technical literature and safety data documents.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Stable work history with good employment references.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed.
