Salary: $100,000–$150,000/year

Position Type: Full-Time | Location: On-Site (Downtown Houston)

We are seeking experienced MEP Engineers to join our team in the downtown Houston area . Ideal candidates will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with hands-on design experience and a collaborative mindset.

📍 Note: Candidates must pass a drug and background screening.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field

· 7+ years of experience in MEP engineering, focused on building systems design (commercial, residential, or industrial)

· Skilled in interpreting calculations, simulations, and system analyses to ensure performance, safety, and efficiency

· Proficiency in MEP design software such as Revit MEP, Auto-CAD, HAP, Trace 700, Tekla, Sketch Up, or similar

· In-depth knowledge of materials and technologies for MEP systems

· Experience in multi-family low-rise/mid-rise construction, including precast concrete systems

· Background in solar power systems and integration with building developments

· Proven involvement in full project lifecycle—from concept to execution

• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working with external teams and stakeholders-elated to climate control. Systems may include: boilers, chillers, air handlers, fans and duct-work.

• Electrical Systems provide power distribution, lighting and communication infrastructure throughout the building. This includes wiring, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, light fixtures, emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, security systems and data networking infrastructure. Electrical systems make sure you have reliable access to electricity for lighting, appliances, and other electrical loads.
• Plumbing Systems consist of piping fixtures and equipment that facilitates the distribution of water as well as the collection and disposal of wastewater in a building. This includes domestic water supply systems, sanitary drainage systems, storm-water drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures such as sinks and toilets, showers and water heaters. Plumbing systems also include things like pumps, valves, water meters, and back-flow preventers.
