ISO – LTL/Asset based Freight Representative looking to grow an established book of business. MountainMovers is a rapidly growing freight transportation company based in Flower Mound, TX. We have a full cross-dock facility, offering warehousing and a full LTL schedule to customers. At MMTL we recognize that a significant number of customers shipping LTL freight have become frustrated by the lack of personalized service and care from the standard LTL carriers in the marketplace. If you are a high producing Account Executive in the LTL industry, you are also familiar with the same struggles your customers face and would love to find a better option to give them for ALL transportation needs. Unliked most LTL carriers, MMTL does not have a complex equation to determine commission, and even better – there is NO CAP! We know sales is a hard job, which is why we believe the best motivation is unlimited earning potential. You win, we win. Role Description

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional, preferably with a book of business, but who knows how to Sell Freight! As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be expected to meet with customers in person to identify their needs and close sales deals. Responsibilities include traveling to assigned territories in the DFW area, generating leads, providing accurate information on our services, negotiating, and providing stellar customer service.

Qualifications

1. Two years of experience in LTL/Transportation sales required .
2. Thorough knowledge of transportation industry logistics and LTL freight movement.
3. Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills.
4. Detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
5. Demonstrated competence in conflict management, problem-solving, decision making and strategic planning.
6. Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.
7. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
8. Familiarity with transportation and logistics industry is a must.
9. Team player, who will jump in to ensure the company meets all deadlines for the day and a "whatever it takes" attitude to complete the job for all customers.
10. Willingness to use the company-provided CRM tool in the field as a daily requirement.

Pay and benefits

1. Base pay ($65-75k) plus monthly commission.
2. After your monthly minimum of gross profit is met, we pay 10% commission on the gross profit-- no ceiling. That means incredible earning potential – NO CAP and NO take backs!
3. Car allowance and Company paid cell phone.
4. Weekly pay.
5. Eligible for suite of Benefits 60 days after first day of employment.
6. 401k eligible after 6 months of employment; company match up to 4%. Automatically vested.
