CENTRA Technology, Inc. CENTRA is seeking an early or mid-career analyst to serve as a Foreign Transaction Risk Analyst within the Risk Mitigation and Compliance Monitoring (RMCM) team at DHS’s Office of Trade and Economic Security (TES). This role involves supporting TES in analyzing national security risks related to foreign transactions before bodies like CFIUS and Team Telecom, and conducting supply chain risk analysis for ICTS transactions under Executive Order 13873. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the development of risk mitigation strategies and drafting National Security Agreements. Negotiating with private parties to develop or remediate risk mitigation agreements. Monitoring compliance with these agreements, identifying violations, and recommending remedies or enforcement actions. Assisting in enforcement and penalty processes through interagency collaboration. Drafting recommendations, memoranda, and briefing documents for senior officials. Coordinating stakeholder communications and maintaining records. Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher. At least 8 years of professional experience with a BA/BS or 5 years with a higher degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. TS/SCI clearance with current DHS Suitability or eligibility to obtain it. Preferred qualifications include: Experience in intra- and interagency coordination. Background as an intelligence consumer. Expertise in risk management, critical infrastructure, compliance, or enforcement within national security or financial domains. Knowledge of trade, logistics, cybersecurity, telecommunications infrastructure, export controls, sanctions, or FOCI mitigation.
