Executive Assistant to the CEO Role:

The Executive Assistant will provide essential, high level support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role plays a key part in ensuring the strategic management of executive priorities and facilitating seamless communication both internally and externally with a focus on professionalism, discretion, and accuracy

Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO, senior leadership, and internal and external stakeholders to align on key initiatives and ensure timely execution of strategic business matters

Manage the CEO's global calendar, meeting requests, and appointments prioritizing the most sensitive and high-impact matters

Organize and maintain the CEO’s communications to ensure fast, efficient access to critical information

Prioritize and manage critical issues, projects, and information flow to enable the CEO to make well informed decisions

Develop templates and compile comprehensive business reports across the organization

Attend board meetings and support preparation and follow-up by coordinating updates and information from department leaders

Provide high-level administrative support for the Executive Leadership Team, including travel arrangements, scheduling, and expense report management

Facilitate communication and collaboration between executive leaders regarding organizational climate, employee engagement, and workplace culture

Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure effective internal and external communication strategies that reflect the CEO’s vision and support the company’s goals

Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion, exercising sound judgment in all interactions

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and streamline executive operations

Manage and support a team of administrative professionals, fostering development and high performance

Complete ad hoc projects and assignments as needed, ensuring timely and thorough execution

Executive Assistant to the CEO Background Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred

7–10 years of proven experience providing executive level administrative support

Experience in a Private Equity-backed organization is highly valued

Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with efficiency

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite familiarity with Workday, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration tools is an advantage

Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and a high level of discretion when managing sensitive and confidential information
