About the Job :
Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and skilled BCBA to join our team in Washington, CT. In this full-time, onsite position, you will work with an adult population (18+) in an Autism Center and some home-bound settings. All positions are 1:1, providing you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Implement and monitor the effectiveness of behavior interventions.
• Provide training and support to staff and family members on behavior strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to assess client progress and modify interventions as needed.
• Ensure pliance with ethical and professional standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment plans.
• Work directly with clients in an Autism Center and at home-bound locations.
• Conduct supervision for RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) and other staff when applicable.

Requirements :

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Previous experience working with adults, specifically the autism population, is preferred.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation for home-bound visits.
• Availability to start ASAP.
